How You'll Contribute
- Own full project performance: schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction
- Serve as the primary client contact and relationship owner
- Lead and coordinate internal and external teams: APMs, Superintendents, designers, and subcontractors
- Drive design-build collaboration, value engineering, and design coordination
- Manage preconstruction through closeout, including buyout, contract administration, and cost control/forecasting
- Oversee subcontractor coordination and project buyout
- Manage change orders, RFIs, and stakeholder communications
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, quality, and progress
- Mentor and develop junior project management staff (APMs/PMs)
- Manage multiple concurrent projects within the $1M–$10M range
What Makes You a Great Fit
7+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience
Direct design-build experience with a General Contractor or Design-Build firm (required)
Experience delivering institutional/commercial projects: churches, schools (K-12 or higher ed), healthcare, or PEMB
Proven success managing design-build projects in the $1M–$10M range
Strong financial management: budgeting, forecasting, cost control
Hands-on experience with buyout, subcontractor coordination, and contract administration
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout
Client-facing communicator and problem solver; relationship-driven leader
Ability to lead teams and mentor APMs; proactive and detail-oriented decision maker
Familiarity with Procore, MS Project, Smartsheet, and Bluebeam (preferred)
Based in/commutable to North Olmsted, OH; able to perform regular local site visits
