This role is critical to leading and delivering large, complex construction projects with full ownership of performance, client relationships, and financial outcomes. The Project Manager will drive execution from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring profitability, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder alignment while managing risk and maximizing project success.

How You'll Contribute

  • Lead multiple construction projects, owning overall execution, financial performance, and client satisfaction

  • Manage full project lifecycle: preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams

  • Review contracts, assess risks, and ensure alignment with project objectives

  • Oversee project budgets, cost control, and profitability (P&L ownership)

  • Lead subcontractor selection, negotiations, and contract management

  • Manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation

  • Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure schedule and field execution alignment

  • Run project meetings (OAC), track progress, and ensure timely communication across stakeholders

  • Ensure successful project delivery including closeout, final payment, and documentation

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction

  • Experience managing large-scale projects ($30M+)

  • Experience in federal construction projects preferred (USACE a strong plus)

  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and construction operations

  • Proficiency with MS Office, Procore, and scheduling tools (Primavera P6 preferred)

  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive project profitability

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects simultaneously

  • Must pass background check and drug screening
