How You'll Contribute

  • Project Planning and Execution:

    • Collaborate closely with Business Development to organize and track CRM activities, including lead management, follow-ups, and client interactions.

    • Drive the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of projects, client solutions, and content production.

    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans that ensure timely and efficient execution, coordinating across multiple teams to keep everything on track.

    • Oversee the day-to-day management of project activities, ensuring that all moving parts are aligned and progressing as planned.

  • Value-Added Client Interaction:

    • Play a key role in supporting interactions with clients, contributing valuable insights and ensuring that project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.

    • Capture and interpret client briefs, ensuring that their needs are clearly communicated and understood across all relevant teams.

    • Provide strategic input during client engagements that enhances project outcomes and strengthens client confidence.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Foster strong collaboration among diverse teams, ensuring everyone is working towards shared goals and that project deliverables are cohesive and aligned.

    • Serve as a central communication hub, effectively translating client objectives to the team and vice versa, facilitating smooth project flow.

    • Act as a bridge between internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment on expectations, deliverables, and strategic objectives.

  • Quality Assurance:

  • Progress Monitoring and Reporting:
