Why This Role Matters

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple client accounts. You will ensure that campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic vision. This is a pivotal role that connects strategy to execution by managing workflows, teams, and timelines across diverse marketing deliverables.

How You'll Contribute

  1. Lead and manage day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns for multiple clients under Scalto’s Marketing Engine framework

  2. Coordinate internal teams (content, design, social, IT, sales) and external collaborators.

  3. Build and track project plans, timelines, and deliverables with a clear view of priorities.

  4. Manage client communication regarding deliverables, timelines, and scope.

  5. Identify and resolve project roadblocks proactively.

  6. Support campaign planning and contribute to the structuring of initiatives during the kickoff and execution phases.

  7. Ensure quality control and consistency across all marketing outputs.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  1. 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a marketing, branding, or creative agency.

  2. Strong organizational and communication skills.

  3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure.

  4. Proficiency in project management tools (Asana is a plus).

  5. Experience coordinating creative, content, and digital teams.

  6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

  7. Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Nice to Have

  1. Experience in fintech, financial services or related sectors.

  2. Familiarity with digital campaign management (email, social, paid media).

  3. Basic understanding of creative briefing and production processes.
