We are seeking a Production Control Manager, on-site role in Columbus, OH. You will own production planning and control across a high-paced manufacturing operation—building and maintaining production schedules, managing inventory and supplier performance, enforcing data accuracy, and ensuring on-time, quality delivery. You will lead administrators, balance departmental workloads, and drive continuous improvement across supply chain planning, ERP utilization, and model launch/build-out support.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
5+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment working with an ERP system
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proven ability to meet strict deadlines while managing multiple concurrent tasks
Demonstrated strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Self-motivated leader with strong team leadership and staff development capabilities
Experience with production scheduling, MRP/ERP planning, and inventory control best practices
Track record of managing supplier delivery performance and release/forecast accuracy
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
