Why This Role Matters

At Ziplines, our university partnerships are everything, and this role is vital to ensuring they’re set up for success from day one. Reporting to the VP of University Partnerships, you will be responsible for the launch of new partnerships and new programs with current partners. You’ll own the onboarding process, lead projects from start to finish, and ensure both your teammates and our partners feel fully supported and confident as we work together.

How You'll Contribute

What you’ll do


Partner collaboration & onboarding

  • Own the partner onboarding process. Lead the launch and make sure everyone’s aligned for success.

  • Partner with internal teams (product, marketing, ops) and external partners to ensure a smooth customer experience and project execution.

  • Drive the launch of new products and manage project timelines.

Project management & execution

  • Keep everyone on track with your project plans and milestones.

  • Be the glue between external partners and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

  • Keep projects running smoothly from kickoff to completion—tracking progress, managing risks, and solving problems on the fly.

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Work closely with Account Managers to ensure seamless partner handoffs.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve challenges with internal teams, keeping everyone in sync.

Continuous improvement

  • Take ownership of the implementation process gathering feedback from partners and internal teams, and make the process better every time.

  • Ensure top-notch execution with quality control and monitoring partner satisfaction.

Reporting & documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of each implementation, including key contacts, project timelines, and deliverables.

  • Provide regular updates to leadership and cross-functional teams on implementation progress, challenges, and successes.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Who you are

You’re a dynamic, proactive project manager who excels at driving results in a fast-paced environment. Building strong relationships, solving problems, and keeping projects on track are your specialties. You communicate clearly, juggle multiple priorities with ease, and love collaborating with teams to make things happen. 

  • You have 3-5 years in project management, ideally in a startup or education setting.

  • You have strong organizational and multitasking skills; you keep everything on track.

  • You are an excellent communicator and relationship builder.

  • You are a problem-solver who thrives under pressure.

  • Bonus points if you have experience with Monday.com and Hubspot.

  • Remote work and collaboration are second nature to you.

The salary range for this role: is $75,000 - $85,000 USD annually. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, location, experience, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
