Medium Voltage Service Account Manager

MissionHires is seeking a Medium Voltage Service Account Manager on behalf of a company. This role will lead sales, estimating, project execution, and customer relationships for medium-voltage and industrial electrical service work. The successful candidate will combine technical knowledge of power distribution systems with strong commercial, operational, and people-management skills to deliver profitable projects and grow service revenue.

• Drive sales, estimating, and production management for medium-voltage and industrial electrical service work to meet or exceed margin targets.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing service customers.
• Identify and pursue new customer opportunities across manufacturing, industrial, healthcare, and property-management verticals.
• Support business-development activities, including lead follow-up, proposal development, and customer presentations.
• Prepare accurate estimates, project budgets, forecasts, and service proposals.
• Track labor, materials, job costs, and overall project performance; take corrective action when performance deviates from plan.
• Manage schedules, deadlines, and resource coordination across active service jobs.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate service technicians within the department.
• Serve as the primary customer contact from proposal development through project completion and collection.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proven experience in electrical service sales, estimating, account management, or a closely related role.
• Working knowledge of medium-voltage distribution, switchgear, and industrial power systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage people, processes, project performance, and customer expectations.
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, customer acquisition, and proposal development.
• Strong labor tracking, job-cost management, scheduling, and production-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.
• Established customer relationships within the Houston industrial or commercial market are a plus.
