We are seeking a highly skilled Go High Level Expert to join our team on a project-based engagement. This role will focus on setting up, optimizing, and managing workflows, automations, and integrations within the Go High Level platform to support marketing, sales, and client engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Go High Level, a strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation strategies, and the ability to deliver results in a project-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
GHL Setup & Customization: Configure and customize Go High Level accounts, pipelines, custom fields, and tags to align with client sales processes.
Funnel & Page Building: Build and optimize landing pages, websites, forms, and funnels to capture and convert leads effectively.
Automation & Workflows: Design and implement automated workflows for lead nurturing, client onboarding, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
Email & SMS Campaigns: Set up and manage email blasts, SMS campaigns, and reminders using Twilio, Mailgun, or integrated tools.
Third-Party Integrations: Connect GHL with calendars, payment gateways, ad platforms, and other apps using Zapier, webhooks, or APIs.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain clean CRM data, monitor pipelines, and create reports to track campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Troubleshooting & Documentation: Identify and resolve workflow or integration issues and provide clear documentation for implemented systems.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with Go High Level (CRM, workflows, funnels, and campaigns).
Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead generation, and client onboarding workflows.
Skilled in integrating GHL with external tools (Zapier, payment gateways, calendars, ad platforms).
Ability to create email/SMS nurture sequences and optimize campaign deliverability.
Comfortable with funnel design, landing page customization, and basic HTML/CSS.
Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills; able to work independently.
Agency, SaaS, or lead generation experience and GHL certification preferred.
Note: An NBI or police clearance will be required upon acceptance of the job offer.
