How You'll Contribute

  • Design and execute operational strategies that align with long-term business goals.

  • Streamline workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor budgets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and resource utilization.
  • Partner with executive leadership to support strategic initiatives.
  • Cultivate a high-retention, inclusive work environment.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive operations leadership within Architecture or Engineering (AE) environments.
  • Proven success managing cross-functional teams, budgets, and strategic planning.
  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication abilities.
  • Direct experience working in an AE firm is required.
