MissionHires is seeking a full-time Building Enclosure Project Manager to lead investigations, peer reviews, design coordination, bidding support, construction phase supervision, and field testing for roofing, glazing, and waterproofing systems. This remote role is based in the San Antonio area and requires in-person site visits across Texas. You’ll produce reports, manage client communications, coordinate drawings/specifications, and ensure high-quality project delivery while benefiting from strong compensation, paid time off, employer-paid health coverage, and professional development.
Base Pay: Ranging from $80,000 to $130,000 per year, depending on candidate experience, certifications, and skills.
Paid Time Off: The following eight (8) hour days of paid time off, for a total of thirty (30) days in each calendar year, are included:
Holidays: Eight (8) days per year, including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (2 days), Christmas (2 days)
Vacation/Personal Time: Twenty-two (22) days per year, 8 hours per day.
Benefits: We offer employer-sponsored health coverage through the Blue Choice PPO Network (BlueCross BlueShield). For 2026, employee premiums for any of the three available coverage levels will be 100% paid by company. A group dental plan is also available for an additional cost.
Bonuses: Annual bonuses are based on individual and company performance, up to a maximum of 30 percent of the Base Salary.
Reimbursable Expenses: In addition to the benefits and base pay described above, we will reimburse the following work-related expenses:

Mileage $0.70/mile (IRS published rate)
