How You'll Contribute

  • Develop customer relationship maps and account strategic visions.

  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and convert them into growth.

  • Lead project launches, monitoring time, cost, and risks effectively.

  • Define incentive strategies and financial promotion models for clients.

  • Conduct user acceptance testing with clients and ensure successful outcomes.

  • Prepare and deliver quarterly program reviews to senior clients.

  • Maintain billing accuracy and ensure deadlines are consistently met.

  • Manage difficult client conversations and align expectations when results vary.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 6–8 years of experience in similar account management positions.

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools for end-to-end account handling.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and collaborating with teams.

  • Advanced English proficiency, with Spanish as a desirable asset.

  • Expertise in using Excel databases and KPIs for account management.

  • Skilled in negotiations and presentations with executive-level clients.

  • A solid background that aligns with the role’s needs in São Paulo.
