We are seeking a capable and experienced Xray Supervisor to lead a dedicated radiology team in a hospital-based setting. This mid-level leadership role requires both technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Xray department and ensuring top-quality patient care and compliance standards are met.

• Lead daily operations of the Xray team to ensure quality and efficiency
• Schedule staff to align with patient volumes
• Assist in hiring and training of new staff members
• Perform imaging procedures as needed and maintain patient care standards
• Guide and coach team members to foster a collaborative work environment
• Participate in a rotating weekend on-call shift (Saturday–Sunday, 8 a.m.–12 p.m.)

• Associate's degree or completion of a recognized radiologic technology program
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Xray experience
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or lead technologist role
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience with ACR accreditation is a plus
