In this role, you will lead the development of complex electro-hydraulic, electro-mechanical, and electro-pneumatic components and systems that become new products. You’ll report to the Site Engineering Manager and leverage deep expertise across statics/dynamics, rotating machinery, stress/fatigue/performance analysis, FEA/CFD, and model-based design. US citizenship and 10+ years of relevant experience are required.
How You'll Contribute
- Lead the design and development of complex electro-hydraulic, electro-mechanical, and electro-pneumatic components and systems for new products
- Apply mechanical engineering principles across statics, dynamics, and rotating machinery to achieve performance, reliability, and safety targets
- Conduct stress, fatigue, and performance analyses to validate designs and ensure durability
- Build and execute simulations using FEA and CFD tools to inform design decisions and optimize system behavior
- Develop and use model-based design approaches for requirements, architecture, and validation
- Collaborate with the Site Engineering Manager and cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle
- Prepare technical documentation, design reviews, and validation evidence supporting new product introduction
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and iterative design improvements during prototyping and verification
