This in-office, hands-on leader will own company-wide safety programs, ensure OSHA compliance, reduce risk across engineering, manufacturing, and field installation teams, and drive a proactive, accountable safety culture. Reporting to senior leadership, the role leads audits, training, incident investigations, workers’ compensation, and safety metrics tracking to strengthen performance, reliability, and safety across operations.
