How You'll Contribute
- Lead and support plant-level safety initiatives that improve performance and culture
- Drive accountability for safety practices across departments and shifts
- Build strong relationships with plant leadership, supervisors, and frontline employees to influence safe behaviors
- Support and maintain general environmental compliance activities and documentation
- Assist with incident investigations, root-cause analyses, and corrective actions
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards
- Develop, deliver, and track safety training and toolbox talks
- Monitor and report safety metrics and trends to the Division EHS Manager
- Support continuous improvement in EHS programs, procedures, and standards
- Participate in regulatory readiness and internal/external audits
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bachelor of Science in Safety, Environmental, or a closely related technical degree (required)
- 2–3+ years of plant-level safety experience in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment (required)
- Demonstrated ability to influence safety culture through relationship building and coaching
- Experience supporting general environmental compliance at the plant level
- Hands-on experience with incident investigation, corrective actions, and safety training
- Proven ability to conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments
