How You'll Contribute
- Supervise daily activities and performance of quality technicians and inspectors
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, customer-specific, and internal quality standards
- Train and coach inspection staff on methods, GD&T interpretation, and equipment use
- Support customer and third-party audits; manage non-conformance tracking and CAPA
- Oversee calibration processes and maintain/coordinate inspection documentation
- Serve as the quality point of contact on the shop floor for operators and leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues and improve processes
- Utilize Zeiss CMMs and related metrology tools to verify product conformance
