How You'll Contribute

  • Establish and execute short- and long-range divisional goals aligned with corporate strategy
  • Develop, manage, and monitor divisional budgets, financial performance, and margin analysis
  • Review monthly project cost reports and implement corrective actions to achieve profitability targets
  • Plan, staff, and supervise divisional activities through effective delegation and leadership
  • Ensure consistent understanding and adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Identify and implement innovative methodologies, systems, and technologies to maintain competitiveness
  • Build, maintain, and deepen customer relationships and industry networks; promote corporate citizenship
  • Evaluate, mentor, and manage division staff; provide leadership and professional development
  • Partner with the Director of Human Resources on all personnel-related matters
  • Assist business development; support pursuits and collaborate with other divisions as needed
  • Review major and complex bids and negotiated projects with estimating and the President
  • Resolve operational challenges and ensure efficient execution across all projects
  • Champion safety and enforce strict adherence to safety policies on every project
  • Communicate and reinforce the company’s vision, values, and goals throughout the division

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible construction industry experience
  • Depth across estimating, project management, scheduling, cost control, and personnel management
  • Advanced knowledge of construction operations and industry best practices
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive results through others, and operate at a strategic level
  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical/statistical data, drawings, architectural plans, specifications, and legal documents
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; strong decision-making and problem-solving
  • High energy and strong customer service orientation; effective stakeholder relationship-building
