Why This Role Matters

The Plant Controller role serves as a strategic business partner to plant and financial management, ensuring effective control and oversight of business operations. Reporting directly to the CFO, this position focuses on spend analysis, variance analysis, forecasting, financial reporting, cost management, and safeguarding assets. The Plant Controller also collaborates closely with corporate financial staff and operational leaders to identify and track cost-saving opportunities

How You'll Contribute

Spend Analysis & Control

Review labor, material, and overhead costs; highlight improvement areas.

Perform cost analysis to understand operational cost drivers.

Conduct regular labor and productivity analysis.

Evaluate variances in production (materials & labor) and address root causes.

Analyze excess and obsolete inventory and recommend adjustments.

Partner with Operations to optimize factory planning and efficiency.

⚙️ Other Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain internal controls for operations, sales, and finance.

Participate in daily production meetings.

Adapt to changing duties and responsibilities as needed.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration.

3+ years as a Plant Controller or Cost Manager in a manufacturing environment.

Strong technical and analytical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency.

ERP system experience and inventory management knowledge preferred.
