A dynamic industrial manufacturing facility in Middleton, TN is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead plant activities with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. This leadership role oversees the day-to-day operations of the facility while ensuring alignment with long-term production goals and maintenance needs.

• Lead and support a team of hourly employees, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate daily plant operations and collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Manage operational costs through strategic planning and oversight.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, environmental, and health standards.
• Participate in the development and execution of annual budgets and capital projects.
• Support long-term production and process improvement initiatives.
• Perform administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and performance tracking.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial production or 7 years with a high school diploma/GED.
• Background in operations planning tools such as JD Edwards.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Physically able to move throughout the facility and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Previous experience in mineral processing or similar manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.
