Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 with a path to $100,000 in the next four years
We’re a fast-growing, private equity-backed company looking for a high-EQ, high-energy operator to partner directly with our CEO. You’ll handle everything from customer communication to team organization to operational execution — making sure the CEO and company are moving at maximum speed.

Have 2+ years in ops, client-facing roles, manufacturing, or finance
Are extremely organized, responsive, and great with follow-through
Communicate clearly — written, verbal, and digital
Can juggle tasks without dropping balls, even under pressure
Think critically, solve problems, and love learning new skills fast
Are a self-starter with low ego and high standards
Bonus Points:
Military background with ops leadership experience
Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Communications
