How You'll Contribute

  • Review and comment on customer material specifications
  • Conduct order reviews to verify metallurgical requirements are met
  • Provide technical support to Sales and Operations
  • Lead product and process development initiatives
  • Investigate customer claims and provide recommendations
  • Analyze and disposition internal non-conformances and mechanical test failures
  • Support customers with post-shipment technical service

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy or Metallurgical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ferrous metallurgy (heavy section experience preferred)
  • Experience with Nickel (Ni) and Titanium (Ti) required
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
  • Ability to travel regionally
