MissionHires is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead a high-performing maintenance team in a state-of-the-art, 24/7 corrugated packaging facility. This role owns the maintenance strategy, safety, reliability, and continuous improvement needed to achieve world-class uptime (with no redundancies) and high-quality production. You will set department goals, develop best-in-class maintenance programs, oversee execution, manage KPIs and budgets, and coach a safety-first team.

How You'll Contribute

  • Develop and implement short- and long-term maintenance strategies aligned with company values
  • Establish Maintenance Department safety goals and plans to ensure a safe work environment
  • Create and manage an effective Plant Maintenance Program using industry best practices to maximize equipment reliability and uptime
  • Supervise, inspect, and verify maintenance work quality, ensuring use of up-to-date technology and preferred practices
  • Ensure compliance with corporate, state, and federal safety, health, and environmental policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Manage and analyze maintenance KPIs to assess efficiency and drive performance excellence
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant operations and product quality
  • Oversee maintenance budget management and planning
  • Coach, develop, and hold maintenance team members accountable to high safety and work standards
  • Make timely, strategic decisions impacting safety, uptime, and productivity in a 24/7 operation

  • 2-year technical degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (required); Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 10+ years of maintenance experience in a supervisory role within a corrugated packaging manufacturing facility (required)
