Licensed Master Electrician - Columbus Junction, Iowa

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs on industrial electrical systems.
• Support and maintain control systems, transformers, motors, and motor control equipment.
• Collaborate on projects involving electrical construction, adhering to safety and code requirements.
• Maintain hydraulic/pneumatic systems and mechanical components (e.g., bearings, belts, gears).
• Ensure personal and food safety standards are upheld at all times.
• Document and communicate findings, updates, and procedures clearly.

• Valid Master Electrician license in Iowa or through a reciprocal state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance and electrical controls.
• Proficiency in AC/DC circuitry, PLC systems, and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Competent with Windows-based software (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong communication skills across all levels of staff and external officials.

Preferred:

• Associate degree in electronic technology or similar field.
• Background in PLC programming and data instrumentation.
• Familiarity with SAP Plant Maintenance.
• Experience with servo systems, closed-loop motor drives, and microprocessor-based systems.
