How You'll Contribute
- Lead design development for multifamily and mixed-use projects
- Prepare and manage comprehensive construction document sets in Revit
- Coordinate project teams, including internal staff and external consultants
- Review and integrate consultant drawings and building systems
- Hand-sketch details and translate them into Revit drawings
- Support construction administration tasks as needed
- Apply knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and general construction types
- Ensure compliance with IBC, CBC, and disabled access requirements
- Maintain organized project documentation and schedules
What Makes You a Great Fit
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (required)
Minimum 4 years of architectural experience, including at least 2 years on multifamily projects (required)
Minimum 4 years of Revit experience (required)
Minimum 2 years of construction administration experience (preferred)
Working knowledge of building construction types I, III, and V
Strong understanding of IBC, CBC, and disabled access requirements
Proficiency in interpreting and coordinating consultant drawings and systems
Ability to hand-sketch details prior to Revit production
Excellent organizational and coordination skills
California Architectural License or on track to licensure (preferred)
