Insurance Agent

AAA Northeast is seeking an entry-level Insurance Sales Agent to help customers understand and select insurance coverage. This full-time role offers paid training and licensing, an hourly base rate of $24.75–$27.40 plus uncapped commission, and a clear path for career growth. Customer-facing professionals from retail, restaurant, call center, and service backgrounds are encouraged to apply; no prior insurance experience is required.

• Help customers identify insurance coverage options that fit their needs.
• Provide clear, easy-to-understand insurance quotes and policy options.
• Follow up with warm leads and referrals.
• Build customer relationships and develop a personal client base.
• Deliver trusted, service-focused support consistent with AAA's commitment to members.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer-facing experience, such as retail, restaurant, hospitality, call center, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivation to achieve sales goals and grow income through commission.
• Coachable attitude and willingness to complete company-paid insurance training and licensing.
• Ability to work one of the scheduled shifts: Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. or 11:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m.; or Tuesday through Saturday, 11:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
