Healthcare Recruiter

Our client, a fast-growing UK healthcare organization, is scaling rapidly and needs skilled recruiters to help build a top-tier medical workforce. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you'll play a vital role in identifying and supporting candidates who will make a real difference in people’s lives. You’ll serve as the bridge between high-impact healthcare professionals and a team that’s redefining patient care across the UK.

How You'll Contribute

• Source and attract qualified healthcare professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, and referral strategies

• Screen candidates to ensure clinical qualifications and role fit

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from initial outreach to candidate onboarding

• Communicate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and prioritize roles

• Maintain organized candidate records and pipelines using CRM/ATS tools

• Ensure all candidates are supported and well-informed throughout their journey

• Fluent English (spoken and written)—professional and confident communicator

• Experience in recruitment, ideally within the healthcare industry

• Comfortable working independently and remotely, with strong time management skills

• Available to work full-time on London business hours (GMT/BST)

• Familiar with using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job platforms, and CRMs

• Highly organized, people-driven, and goal-oriented
