MissionHires is helping a Fintech Company hire a General Manager to own and scale it's app across US/EU to Spanish-speaking Latin American corridors. You will own the P&L, drive community-led growth, forge partnerships, run offline/online campaigns, manage CRM and agencies, and collaborate with Product/Ops/Engineering to ensure operational excellence. This role suits an entrepreneurial leader with deep networks in LatAm diaspora communities, fluent in English and Spanish, and experienced in high-growth environments.
Fluency in English and Spanish
Based in or willing to relocate to NYC, Mexico City, Bogota, or Sao Paulo
Experience scaling fintech startups
8+ years in high-growth environments (startups, marketing, scale-ups, or similar)
Proven P&L ownership with track record of hitting revenue and profitability targets
Strong business development and partnerships experience
Experience managing influencers and ambassadors within Latin American communities
Hands-on experience in offline and performance marketing (preferred)
Deep knowledge of and networks within Latin American diaspora communities; comfortable with grassroots, on-the-street activation
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Growth and owner mindset with familiarity across customer acquisition channels and target attainment
Analytical skills with experience using data to guide decisions and optimize growth efforts
Metrics-driven approach with focus on tracking and improving performance against ambitious targets
