MissionHires is hiring a Director of Sales for a longstanding kitchen and bath cabinetry client based in Raleigh, NC. This onsite leader will coach and scale a team of five sales/design reps, drive net-new business and organic growth, set and manage KPIs, oversee pipeline, territory, and lead management, and own budgeting, commissions, and performance accountability. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in cabinetry sales with 4–5+ years managing sales teams, excels at big-ticket selling, pipeline discipline, and customer-centric leadership, and can travel to additional company locations as needed.

You need proven experience selling kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, including big-ticket projects.
10+ years in sales with 4–5+ years managing a sales team is required.
You’ll lead a team of five sales/design reps.
Coaching and training the team, setting KPIs, managing pipeline, overseeing lead/territory scheduling, and owning budgeting and commissions.
You’ll run lead management processes, including software-based lead search and assignment, and ensure each deal has a clear plan of action.
A 4-year college degree is required.
The salary is $140,000 per year.
