Director of Information Technology - Phoenix & Mesa, Arizona

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Information Technology to oversee the technology vision and operations for a respected multi-site professional services firm based in Arizona. This leadership role will align IT systems with the company's business goals, drive innovation, and ensure reliable tech infrastructure that supports future growth. This is a full-time, in-office position, ideal for someone who thrives in both executive leadership and technical execution.

• Develop and implement a long-range IT strategy that supports business initiatives.
• Lead enterprise-wide system implementations and ensure secure, scalable infrastructure.
• Manage IT budgets, procurement, vendor relations, and compliance standards.
• Partner with executive teams to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.
• Oversee cybersecurity protocols, IT governance, and disaster recovery planning.
• Supervise and mentor IT staff, fostering professional growth and team performance.
• Provide direct technical support for network and systems when necessary.
• Maintain system reliability across all offices and support remote workforce needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including director-level oversight.
• Experience in Architecture or Engineering (AE) environments is required.
• Skilled in managing Microsoft environments, along with platforms like Autodesk and Bentley.
• Demonstrated strengths in cybersecurity, project execution, vendor management, and budgeting.
• Ability to lead across multiple offices and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
