How You'll Contribute
- Lead and oversee the operations of the Emergency Department including policy development, quality assurance, and team management.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Manage departmental budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Mentor and develop nursing staff to support professional growth and high performance.
- Champion quality initiatives and process improvements for patient care delivery.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Active or eligible Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master’s (MSN, MBA, or Healthcare Administration) preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years in healthcare, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Prior experience in a for-profit hospital setting strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in building teams and implementing quality-focused initiatives.
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS - required upon hire; TNCC - must be obtained within 6 months of start date.
