We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Hospitality/Restaurant Division. The ideal candidate has proven success managing complex restaurant, food-and-beverage, and hospitality construction projects, including full-service and quick-service restaurants, high-end dining concepts, bars, lounges, and entertainment-driven hospitality venues.

How You'll Contribute

Construction Project Manager duties include:
  • Lead bidding, estimating, and preconstruction for hospitality and restaurant projects.
  • Manage projects from start to close-out, including budget, schedule, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate with superintendents, consultants, and trades to deliver quality work on schedule.
  • Oversee procurement and installation of kitchen equipment, millwork, and specialty finishes.
  • Serve as primary client contact, managing RFIs, change orders, and cost reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with health, life-safety, ADA, and brand standards.
  • Maintain project documentation in Procore or similar systems.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Construction Project Manager candidates must possess:
  • 3-4 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction; hospitality/restaurant projects strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of interior build-outs and ground-up construction, including phased or occupied restaurant environments.
  • Familiarity with kitchen infrastructure (grease waste, hoods, fire suppression, specialty plumbing, high-capacity electrical).
  • Solid understanding of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and cost control.
  • Proficient in Procore and scheduling software (Outbuild preferred); MS Project and MS Office required; BIM/Revit a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident, client-facing presence.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple fast-paced projects.
  • Detail-oriented, solutions-driven leader with strong time management skills.
  • PMP or similar certification and/or a construction-related degree preferred, not required.
