We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client's Retail Division. The ideal candidate has proven success managing luxury retail construction projects—from high-end boutiques to flagship stores—for nationally and internationally recognized brands.

How You'll Contribute

  • Lead bidding, estimating, and preconstruction for high-end retail projects.

  • Coordinate with superintendents, consultants, and trades to deliver quality work on schedule.

  • Oversee procurement and installation of kitchen equipment, millwork, and specialty finishes.

  • Serve as primary client contact, managing RFIs, change orders, and cost reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with health, life-safety, ADA, and brand standards.

  • Maintain project documentation in Procore or similar systems.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3-4 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction; luxury retail or high-end hospitality experience required.

  • Proficient in Procore and scheduling software (Outbuild preferred); MS Project and MS Office required; BIM/Revit a plus.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident, client-facing presence.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple fast-paced projects.

  • Detail-oriented, solutions-driven leader with strong time management skills.

  • PMP or similar certification and/or a construction-related degree preferred, not required.
