How You'll Contribute

  • Direct field engineering services and laboratory testing functions.
  • Manage and mentor a team comprising engineers, project managers, and technicians.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, testing standards, and quality assurance procedures.
  • Review and approve technical reports, calculations, and client proposals.
  • Handle budgeting, forecasting, and departmental financial performance.
  • Establish departmental goals and develop team capabilities through targeted training.
  • Collaborate on business development through networking and client interaction.
  • Maintain a strong, values-based organizational culture with high employee engagement.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
  • PE license

Experience:

  • 6–8+ years in engineering roles related to construction materials testing
  • Hands-on experience in field testing, lab procedures, and site quality control
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects
  • Financial oversight experience, including budgeting and forecasting
