How You'll Contribute

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Clinical Excellence

  • Maintain a full caseload while leading your clinic team
  • Ensure high-quality care and positive patient outcomes
  • Mentor and support therapists and rehab aides

Business Operations & Team Management

  • Oversee clinic scheduling, budgeting, hiring, and training
  • Interpret and act on clinic performance and financial data
  • Coordinate with regional leadership on operational goals

Growth & Outreach

  • Build and sustain relationships with referring physicians and community partners
  • Participate in sales and marketing initiatives to grow referrals
  • Represent the center in community engagement opportunities

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure regulatory compliance with Medicare and state practice acts
  • Execute quality audits and staff meetings with a focus on improvement
  • Uphold OSHA standards and safety practices

What Makes You a Great Fit

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited PT or OT program
  • Licensed in California (or eligible)
  • CPR certification required
  • 2+ years of clinical experience; prior leadership preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer software (Word, Excel, etc.)

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 50 lbs independently and assist with patient mobility
  • Frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching
  • Manual dexterity for equipment handling and clinical documentation
