About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified X-Ray Technologist to perform a range of diagnostic imaging procedures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong independent judgment, technical proficiency, and a patient-first mindset. You'll work under general supervision but may take on delegated leadership or training duties as needed.

Title: X-Ray Technologist (Part-Time)
Status: Part-Time (32 hours/week, Shift 2)

Salary: $34.22 - $49.50

How You'll Contribute

Schedule:

  • Part-Time (32 hours/week)
  • Shift 2: Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM - 11:30 PM
  • Variable Days

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform radiologic imaging procedures using CR, DR, and PACS technology
  • Apply infection control and isolation procedures per OSHA and internal standards
  • Maintain accurate records using PACS, HIS, and RIS systems
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and safety at all times
  • Attend required training and maintain department competencies
  • Provide guidance or training to staff if assigned

What Makes You a Great Fit

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Completion of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology Program
  • Licensure/Certifications:
    • Current Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License (MALIC)
    • ARRT certification in Radiography (RTR)
    • Current CPR certification
  • Experience: Completion of formal student training in radiologic technology
  • Other:
    • Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment
    • Must complete all mandatory training including infection control and bloodborne pathogens

Required Skill Set:

  • Proficiency in operating digital imaging equipment (CR, DR, PACS)
  • Ability to accurately follow imaging protocols and patient safety procedures
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
