This full-time, unionized role offers a stable weekday schedule (Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) with rotating holidays. You will perform a variety of radiologic procedures, work with CR, DR, and PACS systems, and support departmental operations while enjoying access to nearby nature, hiking trails, arts and culture, and a lower cost of living compared to urban areas.
How You'll Contribute
- Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures independently and accurately.
- Utilize PACS, HIS, and RIS systems proficiently.
- Adhere to all hospital and OSHA guidelines for infection control and safety.
- Contribute to quality control and performance improvement initiatives.
- Support and mentor other team members as needed.
- Operate and troubleshoot CR, DR, and PACS systems.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and practice infection control.
- May be assigned supervisory or training responsibilities as designated by leadership.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Completion of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology Program.
- Registered Technologist in Radiography (ARRT).
- Valid Massachusetts Radiologic License.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to operate under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must attend all mandatory education programs and maintain certifications.
