This full-time remote position offers flexible work hours and ample opportunities for advancement into management roles.
You will work remotely to serve clients and offer valuable advice and protection to individuals and their families.
Contact company-provided leads to schedule virtual benefit consultations
Meet with prospective clients through Zoom
Explain available benefit programs clearly and help clients make informed enrollment decisions

Work with your regional manager to establish clear activity and performance goals
You do not need previous insurance experience. Comprehensive training is provided for people who are coachable, dependable, and comfortable speaking with our clients.
You may be a strong fit if you:
Communicate clearly in writing, over the phone, and through video meetings
Enjoy helping people understand important financial and benefit decisions
Can manage your own schedule and stay focused without constant supervisio
Have basic computer skills and are comfortable using Zoom
Have sales, customer-service, hospitality, recruiting, or other people-facing experience. This is helpful but not required.*

Licensing and Eligibility
You must hold or be willing to obtain the life-insurance license required in your province or state. If you are not currently licensed, we will help you understand the licensing process and identify an appropriate solution.

Yes. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position with flexible hours.
No previous insurance experience is required. Comprehensive training is provided, and sales or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required.
No traditional cold calling is required. The company provides leads for you to contact and schedule virtual benefit consultations.
You will contact provided leads, meet prospective clients on Zoom, explain benefit programs, and help clients make enrollment decisions.
You need basic computer skills and must be comfortable using Zoom for video meetings. Access to a laptop or desktop computer is required.
You must already hold, or be willing to obtain, the life-insurance license required in your state. Licensing support is provided for unlicensed candidates.
Compensation includes commission and bonuses, plus renewal commissions that can create long-term income. Stock-option opportunities are also listed.
