We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused professional to join our growing remote sales team. As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll connect with potential clients, guide them through our benefits programs, and help families and individuals choose the coverage that best fits their needs. This is a full-time, work-from-home role offering flexibility, training, and real opportunities for career growth.
Reach out to pre-qualified leads to schedule virtual (Zoom) consultations.
Present benefits packages and assist new clients through the enrollment process.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Build strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
Set and achieve personal and team goals with the support of experienced managers.
Coachable attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Genuine interest in helping people and providing high-quality service.
Must hold or be willing to obtain an insurance license (support provided).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
Must be fluent in English and reside in USA.
Must have a computer or laptop (tablets/Chromebooks not supported).
