Work From Home Customer Service Sales Advisor - Canada

We’re looking for motivated, people-oriented professionals to join our team as full-time remote Benefits Advisors. You’ll provide clients and families with personalized protection solutions while building a rewarding, long-term career with flexible hours and clear growth opportunities.

• Contact qualified leads to schedule virtual meetings with clients.

• Present benefit programs, explain coverage options, and assist clients with enrollment.

• Build strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service.

• Set and achieve sales goals with support and training from experienced managers.

• Coachable and eager to learn new skills.

• Passionate about helping others and creating positive experiences.

• Must hold or be willing to obtain an insurance license (we provide guidance).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.

• Computer literacy required; must have a laptop or desktop (no tablets/Chromebooks).

• Must live in the U.S. or Canada (except Quebec) and be fluent in English.
