How You'll Contribute

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, coach, and develop the Warehouse Coordinator, setting clear expectations and providing ongoing feedback
• Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, quality, safety, and teamwork
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to review KPIs and support development
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training in collaboration with HR
• Address performance issues promptly and recognize strong performance

Operational Oversight & Strategy

• Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, logistics, and facility maintenance
• Set operational priorities and ensure efficient daily execution
• Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, fulfillment speed, and quality, implementing improvements as needed
• Optimize workflows, layout, and processes to improve efficiency and safety
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Act as escalation point for operational and logistics issues

Multi-Location Coordination

• Coordinate logistics and inventory across 11+ showroom locations
• Partner with showroom and regional teams to ensure timely fulfillment of requests and orders
• Review and approve monthly supply requests
• Support and lead physical inventory counts across locations

Inventory & Quality Management

• Maintain 95%+ inventory accuracy across all systems and counts
• Oversee quality control for inbound and outbound goods
• Monitor shrinkage and implement preventive measures
• Manage stock levels and communicate replenishment needs
• Ensure proper storage conditions and inventory protection

Process Improvement & Systems

• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
• Develop and maintain SOPs for all warehouse functions
• Improve systems, tools, and reporting for better visibility and accuracy
• Partner with leadership on system enhancements and automation
• Track and report key operational metrics

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams
• Manage relationships with carriers, brokers, and vendors
• Support budgeting, purchasing, and vendor selection
• Represent warehouse operations in leadership discussions
