MissionHires is recruiting a VP of Growth for OmniWave, a high-growth, founder-led medical device company commercializing focused shockwave therapy and operating the GAINSWave provider network. This AI-first leader will own end-to-end growth and marketing across B2B device sales and a B2C demand engine, scaling proven paid media (Meta, SEM), elevating brand and content, building rigorous attribution, enabling sales, and managing events. Reporting to the CEO, this is a builder role for a data-driven strategist-executor who can manage agencies, optimize budgets to CPL/CPA goals, and grow a high-output team.
7+ years of B2B and/or B2C marketing leadership, ideally in medical devices, health tech, or other high-consideration sales
Proven ownership of demand generation with specific, defensible CPL/CPA achievements
Deep fluency in Meta and Google paid media; experience managing $1M+ annual ad budgets
HubSpot power user with practical understanding of deal-level vs contact-level attribution
Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to craft positioning docs and high-performing ads
Highly analytical and attribution-obsessed; confident making decisions with imperfect data
Comfort operating as both strategist and executor in a lean, AI-first, high-output organization
Experience collaborating tightly with sales to improve lead quality, funnel conversion, and revenue attribution
Hands-on experience building dashboards, running A/B tests, and instituting performance cadences
Experience using AI to generate leads and accelerate growth workflows
Strong plus: exposure to men’s health, sports medicine, or functional/concierge medicine markets
Bonus: experience marketing medical devices or FDA-regulated products
Bonus: familiarity with franchise or multi-location provider network marketing
