As a key liaison between doctors and patients, you'll ensure patients understand their treatment plans and financial responsibilities, while providing a supportive and empathetic environment.

• Be present via TEAMS during discussions with patients to explain the PRM Protocol and financial responsibilities.
• Assist patients in understanding the necessity of treatment and offer financial options.
• Present case fees and financial options to facilitate patient decisions.
• Educate patients on insurance benefits and determine medical benefit eligibility.
• Ensure patients are fully informed of their financial obligations.
• Request referrals or online testimonials from satisfied patients.
• Communicate proactively with the team regarding patient decisions and financial arrangements.
• Track patient discussions and outcomes for administrative purposes.

• Sales experience, preferably in the medical field.
• Understanding of scheduling and financial systems.
• Ability to explain the PRM Protocol in simple terms.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with OON and self-pay benefits.
• Superb communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems.
• Self-directed with excellent telephone and organizational skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Achievement of daily, monthly, and yearly production and collection goals.
