How You'll Contribute
- Handle trademark litigation matters through all phases including discovery, motions, trial preparation, and appeals.
- Represent clients in proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
- Assist with enforcement and protection strategies for trademark portfolios.
- Collaborate with attorneys in related practices to provide holistic client advice on IP issues.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Juris Doctor (JD) from a Top 30 accredited law school.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0, and not in the bottom 50% of graduating class.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in trademark litigation before federal district courts and TTAB.
- Prior experience with a Top 200 AM Law firm is highly preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Eligibility for admission to the North Carolina Bar is preferred.
