How You'll Contribute

  • Develop new sales prospects via research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers
  • Conduct face-to-face calls with cold and warm prospects to present products and services
  • Service and support customers per company training standards to drive retention and growth
  • Present offerings using sample boards, product demos, and the mobile store
  • Maintain cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of the mobile store
  • Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls
  • Maintain and update customer contact data daily in company software (notes, names, phone, email, physical address)
  • Utilize designated mobile devices (tablet/iPad/phone) and business applications to manage the territory
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to improve job-related skills
  • Represent the company professionally while driving the approved vehicle, wearing company attire, and at company functions
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Outside industrial sales experience preferred (route or industrial sales ideal)
  • Proven history of goal attainment

  • Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications
  • Working knowledge of industrial hardware products helpful
