How You'll Contribute

  • Build strong relationships with residential contractors, builders, and homeowners through onsite meetings and discovery sessions

  • Professionally present products and services to qualified prospects in the field

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, and targeted research

  • Project-manage active job sites to ensure work meets all company specs and building code standards

  • Keep customers and prospects informed on product updates, enhancements, and installation processes

  • Represent the company at local and national trade shows, industry events, and conferences

  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records including contact info, deal notes, and project timelines

  • Prepare sales and marketing reports, pipeline updates, and expense documentation

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the construction, home improvement, specialty equipment, or B2B services sector

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a territory-based or field role

  • Strong ability to prospect, cold call, and build a pipeline from scratch

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with contractors, developers, or high-value end users

  • Highly organized and self-motivated; capable of managing a large territory independently

  • Solid understanding of the construction project lifecycle and job site coordination is a plus

  • Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 75%) within and outside city limits

  • Proficient in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and mobile productivity apps

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and be eligible to work in the U.S.
