Telemedicine Endocrinology Physician (Remote) - NY Medicaid

We are seeking a physician specializing in endocrinology who is enrolled in New York Medicaid to join our telemedicine team.  This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States.  You will provide virtual intake consultations for a capitated medical group that does not bill Medicaid on a fee-for-service basis. 

·      Conduct virtual consultations and follow-up appointments for patients with diabetes.

·      Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

·      Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with telemedicine standards.

·      Stay updated with the latest developments in diabetes care.

·      No controlled substance prescribing.

·      Active medical license in New York.

·      Enrollment in New York Medicaid as either a FFS or managed care provider. 

·      Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

·      Ability to work independently and manage a virtual practice.
