We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Talent Director to lead and build an integrated North American talent strategy. Reporting to the North America HR Vice President, this highly visible role will oversee talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, leadership development, succession planning, talent reviews, and early-career programs. The ideal candidate is an analytical, business-minded HR leader with experience building scalable talent programs in a geographically dispersed, technical, industrial, engineering, or professional-services environment.

The role requires 10+ years of progressive HR and/or talent management experience, including 5+ years as an HR Business Partner.
Yes. Travel is expected to be approximately 10–15%.
Experience building or transforming talent functions in geographically dispersed, multi-site technical, industrial, engineering, or professional-services organizations is highly valued.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field is required. An advanced degree is a plus.
