How You'll Contribute

  • Design & Implement: Lead complex infrastructure initiatives across multiple platforms with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.

  • Automate & Optimize: Build and maintain automation frameworks for provisioning, configuration management, and deployments.

  • Lead & Mentor: Serve as a technical lead and guide for junior engineers; provide insight and direction across cross-functional teams.

  • Ensure Reliability: Conduct root cause analyses, lead disaster recovery efforts, and drive long-term improvements to system resilience.

  • Enhance Observability: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure proactive visibility and response.

  • Plan for Growth: Drive capacity planning, performance forecasting, and lifecycle management initiatives.

  • Collaborate & Influence: Partner with vendors, evaluate new technologies, and help shape enterprise architecture and standards.

  • Be On Point: Participate in on-call rotations and act as a senior escalation point for critical incidents.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 4–6 years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure, or platform operations.

  • Expertise in automation, configuration management, and cloud or on-prem infrastructure.

  • Strong understanding of performance tuning, observability tools, and enterprise reliability practices.

  • Experience mentoring or leading technical contributors.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
