The Supply Chain Manager helps prevent material shortages, improves scheduling accuracy, strengthens supplier performance, and drives cost savings—directly impacting delivery timelines, operational efficiency, and business profitability.

How You'll Contribute

  • Lead and coach purchasing, planning, and logistics teams

  • Improve material availability and reduce shortages/bottlenecks

  • Build forecasts and production plans based on demand and inventory

  • Track and report KPIs (inventory turns, supplier performance, lead time, etc.)

  • Manage supplier contracts and third-party logistics partners

  • Ensure compliance with shipping and import/export regulations

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain operations

  • Act as escalation point for purchasing/planning issues

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 10+ years of supply chain/procurement experience in manufacturing

  • 5+ years in a leadership role

  • Experience across Purchasing, Planning, and Logistics

  • Degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Business, or related field

  • Strong ERP/MRP knowledge + advanced Excel

  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Must work fully onsite (not hybrid/remote)

  • Legally authorized to work in Canada (no sponsorship)

Preferred:

  • APICS / SCMP or similar certification

  • Lean manufacturing knowledge

  • Project management training
