Why This Role Matters
We are seeking a passionate and motivated recent graduate to join our operations team as a Student Success Specialist. This is an entry-level position, and no prior work experience is necessary. In this role, you will interact directly with our students, supporting them throughout their educational journey and ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed.
How You'll Contribute
Serve as the primary point of contact for students, providing support and guidance.
Assist students in managing their financing plans and repayments in a supportive and empathetic manner.
Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and improve student experiences.
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish; proficiency in Portuguese and German is a plus.
Utilize web tools to manage data and documentation.
Work independently and take initiative on various projects.
Contribute to a remote-friendly, collaborative team environment
What Makes You a Great Fit
Recent graduate with a strong desire to learn and grow; no prior work experience required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are advantageous.
Strong skills in spreadsheets (google sheets or MS office).
Self-motivated, independent worker with a team-oriented mindset.
